Solution

  • Highlight new product launches with supporting design elements to attract and engage consumers.

  • Identify area of highest traffic flow to highlight new and key products per category.

  • Support the Field Team’s local market and assist their needs to attract consumers and raise sales.

  • Understand how consumers view and interact with the end product and in store environment and services.

My Role

  • Brainstorm with Marketing, Creative, Supply Chain and Field team to address the market needs.

  • Create a monthly visual merchandising presentation that details the season’s updates and changes.

  • Design visual merchandising fixtures, followed by engineering drawings and prototype approvals.
